From Billet to Finished Profile
Standardized process with traceability: alloy verification, die-controlled extrusion, T5/T6 aging, and export-grade packing.
01 Billet Receiving
Verify alloy grade (6061/6063/6005/6082), heat no., diameter, surface and COA.
02 Billet Cutting
Cut to press length; control burr and face squareness for stable pressure.
03 Extrusion
Heat billet & die; press through tooling; monitor speed/temperature for accuracy.
04 First Piece Inspection
Check cross-section, wall thickness, straightness, twist, initial properties.
05 Cutting
Hot/cold cut to order length; deburr for machining and anodizing.
06 Hardness Treatment
Age hardening (T5/T6) to target strength; verify hardness.
07 QC
Dimensional report, surface grading, flatness/straightness, documentation.
08 Packing
Stretch-wrap, interleave, corner protectors; labeled pallets for export.
Optional: straightening, stretching, CNC machining, surface finishing, kitting & assembly.
